Meet the Staff

• Paulette: Technician

  Paulette is one of our long time technicians. She has been with us since the very beginning in 1980 when Dr. Beem was starting out. She has 3 children and 7 grandchildren.

• Katy: Technician

  Katy returned to our office in 2018 as an optician and now she is a part-time technician. She previously spent 7 years as part of our front desk team. She lives with her husband Jerrod, two kids, and lots of chickens, pigs, and sheep.

• Erica: Optician

  Erica has been one of our trusted opticians since 2013. She is originally from West Tennessee and now lives in Rutherford County with her husband Jason and daughter Mikayla. In her spare time, she likes to relax with music or crafting.

• Cassie: Office Manager

  Cassie has been with our practice since the fall of 2017. She is currently our Office Manager and can do a little bit of everything in the office! Cassie is from Ohio and has lived in Tennessee since 2011. She lives in Rutherford County with her husband Oliver and their dog Bramble.

• Mackenzie: Front Desk

  Mackenzie is the newest member of our team, starting here in September of 2021. She’s originally from Spring Hill and has recently relocated to North Nashville
